As this level is cycle based and therefore pace locked due to the ending (except you become a TAS) this is probably the fastest possible time without a new strat being found. It's actually easier than it looks if you understand the tricky jumps in it. After that, you're 100% consistent after the beginning chokepoints until literally the last two jumps. You can also go too fast at the end and bonk at the last cannon shot which luckily only happened twice. I'm pretty sure that without any new innovations, this level should be maxed out.
