We caught up with Councillors Junab Ali, Stanka Adamcova, Paul Park, Mike Davies, and Jamal Miah after their incredible efforts at The Longevity Games – taking part in their 4th, 3rd, 1st, 3rd, and 2nd Games respectively. 🙌

And wow… the dopamine hit was real! They were still absolutely buzzing – not just from what they had achieved personally, but from the real and growing impact these Games are having on the town and surrounding areas.

Their enthusiasm is infectious and their commitment truly humbling. This is more than a fitness event – it's a movement that’s bringing Swindon together.

Because when it comes to helping people age well and live well, party lines don’t matter – people do.

They’ve already signed up for the next Longevity Games on Sunday, 14th September at the Swindon Harriers Athletics Track 🗓️🏟️ – and they’re encouraging others to join them on this mission to make Swindon the fittest town in the UK – and beyond 💪
