Crispy baby corn is a quick Indo-Chinese recipe that is easy to prepare and delicious to eat.

INGREDIENTS:

Baby corn(pieces) 1 cup
All purpose flour ½ cup
Corn flour ½ cup
Salt To taste
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Water ¼ cup
Vinegar 1 tbs
Soya sauce ½ tsp
Honey 2-3 tbs
Oil To fry
Garlic(finely chopped) ½ tsp
Green chillies(finely chopped) ½ tsp
Onions(finely chopped) ½ cup
Sesame seeds ½ tsp
Spring onions(optional) 1 tsp

METHOD:

1. Cut baby corn into pieces and transfer into a bowl.

2. Add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt and mix it, add baby corn and coat it, transfer into a plate.

3. In the left over mixture, add ½ tsp white pepper powder, water and make a slurry.

4. Coat baby corn in the slurry and deep fry in hot oil until crispy, later transfer into a plate.

5. In leftover slurry, add vinegar, soya sauce, ½ tsp white pepper powder, ½ tsp honey and mix nicely.

6. Heat oil in pan, add garlic, green chillies, onions and saute it.

7. Add all purpose flour mixture slurry, fried corns, little honey and mix nicely.

8. Switch off flame and sprinkle sesame seeds.

9. Add finely spring onions to enhance the flavour.

10. Now honey crispy baby corn is ready to serve.
