Forest Hill is a mature Kitchener neighbourhood just north of the expressway on the west side of Kitchener. Lakeside Park is a very popular local attraction. Forest Hill has convenient access to schools, transportation, groceries and shopping. The LRT is a 10 or 15 minute bus ride away. The area dates from the late 1950's into the early 80's. Properties are primarily single family homes with bungalows dominating the older parts. You'll find mature trees and generously sized lots when compared to newer portions of suburbia. Forest Hill is a quiet little gem that's definitely worth a look.
