I am an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, I studied and received my certification from The Grief Recovery Institute.
I currently reside in Los Angeles, CA and am originally from Pittsburgh, PA.

As a passionate and certified Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, I am here to guide you through the anguish of grief and to help lead you towards experiencing joy after loss.

The Grief Recovery Method helps grievers deal with those things they wish might have been different or better. It gives them the chance to address their dreams and hopes for the future, which is not the future they had planned. It helps them address the words left unspoken. It helps them with the lost relationship that they thought would cause them pain for the rest of their lives.

I work with clients in-person and online, via Zoom. I am also trained to run group sessions for those who are more comfortable having others working with them, or for residential settings where multiple clients are educated in group settings.

If there is one thing that I am familiar with, it is suffering. For so long I experienced the anguish of grief and loss.

My father died when I was 5 years old, very suddenly of a massive heart attack. I kissed him goodnight and when I awoke the next morning, poof, he was gone.

This trauma has had a lasting effect on me, and his death left me with a mentally ill, alcoholic mother, abuse, poverty, and neglect.
I not only mourned the loss of my father but also the loss of my childhood.
I carried these deep wounds with me into adulthood, and found my life tremendously limited across many aspects.

A friend referred me to the Grief Recovery Method program, and it's healing changed my life.
I went on to be trained and certified in GR in order to share the healing and relief I was given with others - the freedom from suffering, anguish. and heartache.

I've come so far in my life and now am here to hold space for you and to guide your healing.
