BEST WAY to Cook FROZEN Roti Paratha/ Roti Canai - So LIGHT and FLAKY

My family loves eating roti paratha with curries and today I am going to share with you the best way of cooking frozen roti paratha so that it’s flaky and light.

Let’s get started.

1. Start with pre heating the fry pan using medium heat
2. Brush a little oil on the fry pan
3. Do not need to thaw the roti prior to cooking
4. Place one piece of frozen roti on the fry pan
5. Keep flipping the roti to stretch the dough & trapped air
6. Turn down the heat when roti start to brown
7. When roti is evenly brown and puffed up give it a few claps with 2 spoons

There you have it, as good as the freshly fried roti. Enjoy with your favourite curries. If you prefer it sweet, have it with honey, maple syrup or condensed milk.
