Описание к видео April 15, 2021 Long Island Metro Fishing Report with Matthew Broderick

This week, managing editor Matt Broderick proves that blackfish are a viable target for kayak anglers, while senior editor Fred Golofaro provides an update on the early season action around the Island. Ocean wrecks are producing mixed bags of cod, blackfish, ling, porgies and even a few pollock, while inshore anglers can take advantage of the season opener for stripers, probe structure for tog, or attempt to put a flounder dinner together. Over the next few weeks, look for the menu to expand with bluefish, weakfish and porgies vying for attention. On the freshwater side, DEC is keeping trout fans smiling with additional stockings of two-year old browns up to 16 inches taking place this week. .
