Here is a nice top ladder replay of 2.9 Xbow against an Elixir Golem Double Witch deck, played by the phenomenal lemonTree. He has been on the ladder grind for a while, and of course there are maxed Elixir Golem decks showing up on top ladder. With the crazy meta after the October balance update, this deck and several variations of it are seeing play everywhere, especially in challenges (while people level it up for ladder use). Therefore, it is certainly an important matchup to learn as a 2.9 player. I figured it would be nice to share this matchup from lemonTree's perspective with you guys :)

In this clash royale video I showcased lemonTree68, an amazing 2.9 Xbow player, playing against a clash royale Elixir Golem Witch & Night Witch deck. This match took place in the clash royale top ladder range, against a very skilled opponent using the EGolem deck. lemonTree was using the clash royale 2.9 Xbow cycle deck, and this deck has the clash royale xbow and tesla siege defense as well as the clash royale cycle cards for quick defense and mechanical gameplay. This is currently a very strong but high skill-cap clash royale deck. The opponent's deck included the new clash royale Elixir Golem, the clash royale Witch and the clash royale Night Witch. This is certainly a crazy top tier deck in the new meta right now, after the October balance update as well as the introduction of the Elixir Golem. The deck is pretty much everywhere in the game, and it will definitely be an important matchup to learn as a 2.9 player. I'm still trying to get the key fundamentals of the matchup down, but applying a lot of pressure worked very well for lemonTree here.
