Sound healing has recently been frequently documented as having many health benefits and more research is underway. In this video, I introduce you to one of my favourites, which are a set of Koshi chimes, perfect pitch and resonance based on the elements.

These chimes are easily accessible and so easy to use (without any training needed), you can of course just hang them up outdoors or in the house and let the wind play them for you. Another option is to use them as I show you in the video. Many people fall in love with different elements at different times, finding some of the chimes relaxing, aiding meditation, and some invigorating...depending on how they are used and the intention within.

I feel they wrap you in a cocoon of harmony and can be the vehicle to access your higher self and the wonders that lay within you. Just enjoy listening for a few minutes of your time as I send healing and loving intent as I play them for you...just for the fun of it!
