Mykl's been training at Nos Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for four years now, and the support from his coach and team has changed his life in such a big way. Everyone at the gym has made a huge impact on him, both mentally and physically.

Over the years, he's competed in tons of jiu-jitsu tournaments and had a fight with Battlefield Fight League earlier this year, which he won. He also had his first kickboxing fight recently and is constantly getting better and learning from every match.

Training for Mykl is intense and focused. He's been working hard on his ground game, staying calm on his feet, and pushing his cardio to the limits. His teammates and higher belts at the gym challenge him every day, making him a better fighter and person. He sets goals for himself daily and fights not just to show what he's capable of but to inspire others.

What's really amazing is that Mykl had a stroke eight years ago and was told he'd never play sports again. But with the right team and a positive environment, he turned his life around. He's so grateful for all the support, especially from the kids at the gym who look up to him. It's humbling for him to know he can make a difference in their lives.
