I've lived my entire life in search of God.

In search of a feeling of unconditional love.

There are many spiritual traditions - both old and new - that profess to hold the 'secret' to connecting to 'God' or whatever we want to call that sense of pure, loving presence and guidance.

Some are really effective, others not so much.

Today, I'm taking a step back from 'teaching' and coming to you with just my personal story.

I'm sharing the tools I've used to connect to what God means to me, and I want to share those with you in the hopes that they will be supportive for you on your path.

I don't claim to have ultimate knowledge of God nor do I claim to have a unique or all encompassing path to God. I just have my anecdote.
