Rest serenely in the silence of your heart.
Remain in the presence of now, where you consciously join with everything around you.
Listen to every sound that reaches your ears.
Feel the breeze of the wind and the textures that touch your skin.
Allow the smells that surround you to be sensed in all their variety.
Breathe deeply and harmoniously.
Let the air enter as if it were Love itself entering your being.
Let it out as if that Love is now spreading over the whole Earth.
The truth will set you free, the truth you came with.
Receive it in this prayer:

My destiny is not of this world. I have come to do the will of my Creator who is in Heaven.
United, we are the living expression of holiness.
I am here for the time that Divine Love so disposes, in union with my being, so that truth may shine in glory.
In this way, the new Heaven and the new Earth are manifested, the beauty of its light shines, the true light of life, which embraces everything.

We set aside our striving, our guilt, and our plans,
and open the quiet space within where You already dwell.
Here, in this sacred stillness,
we welcome the Holy Spirit who abides in us and for us.
We rest in the center of the storm, untouched and unafraid.
Let us remember this peace amid every seeming activity,
knowing we are carried—not by our own effort,
but by Your grace.
We accept now the Atonement for ourselves.
We trust in the holy relationship You have given to save time,
and we choose to remember:
“I need do nothing.”
