How to Setup a Sonoff Zigbee Dongle with Homebridge & Zigbee2MQTT

This is how to o set up a sonoff zigbee dongle in zigbee2mqtt & homebridge plus Its time to amp up my Zigbee network with the sonoff zigbee 3.0usb dongle plus - its 75% cheaper, Twice the Network Power and it comes in shiny black housing. Thru flashing of updated Firmware - you can use this as a Coordinator to connect with your Zigbee Devices or as a Router to amplify further your Zigbee network.
