About
Bodhipaksa is the author of several books on meditation and Buddhism, including one on the Six Element Practice, called “Living as a River.” In 2000 he founded Wildmind (www.wildmind.org), which is an online meditation resource. He’s been meditating since 1982 and became a member of the Triratna order in 1993. Born in Scotland, he now lives in New Hampshire, in the US. He’s the proud parent of two teenage children.
