Join me for today’s back and triceps sculpting workout. This dumbbell workout will focus on strengthening the back and triceps with dumbbells. We will also be using a chair for tricep dips. If you don’t have a chair you can do diamond push ups. We have 3 rounds of 10 exercises to get through. Give it your all and crush this workout with me! ❀40 seconds ON/20 seconds rest

❀Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 40 Seconds. After 20 seconds of rest, continue to the next move.
