St. Louis native Kiland is always on the go. Besides playing wheelchair rugby and tennis, attending college full-time, volunteering, and working at Paraquad, a fully accessible gym, Kiland is deeply passionate about community outreach and expanding support for the spinal cord injury community. As part of that effort, Kiland became involved in Paraquad’s support group, where attendees discuss everything from bladder and bowel, to intimacy, to being independent.
