Healthy Aloo Suji Sandwich ✅
Ingredients:
1 + ½ cup semolina
¾ cup curd
5-6 pc boiled potatoes
2 green chilies finely chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp Eno
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp red Chilli powder
1tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp oil to grease
Salt as per taste
Water as required

Stuffed Sabudana Paneer Sandwich ✅
Ingredients:
1 cup Sabu dana
1 cup Paneer
4-5 pc boiled potatoes
½ cup peanuts crushed
¼ cup coriander leaves finely chopped
2 green chilies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Chilli flakes
Rock salt as per taste
Water as required

Ingredients
• Palak ½ Bunch
• Suji 250 gm
• Dahi ½ Cup
• Onion 1-2 Mid-sized, Chopped

• Salt to taste
