Dry Pancake Mix:
2 cups of self raising flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar

Wet mix:
2 large eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups buttermilk (or regular milk)
1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons unsalted butter

To serve:
maple syrup
Butter
