WHEN MACEDONIA "BECAME" BULGARIA |

Almost all of Macedonia's present problems can be traced back to ONE pivotal event in our medieval history involving Tsar Samuel's State. Everything from our territorial division, to our neighbors claiming our history all goes back to Samuel's State. So what did he do? (If anything). Why did so many people after Samuel's reign, believe the inhabitants of Macedonia were "Bulgarian?"
