In culinary school at the Institute of Culinary Education (NYC), we’re diving into international cuisine—this week exploring flavors from the Caribbean, South America, Central America, and India. I got hands-on experience making pupusas and samosas for the first time, which was such a highlight!

On top of that, my friend Sie is finally back in NYC for Anime NYC—it’s been a whole year since she left the city, so it was the perfect week to catch up.
