The 2019 Southern Super Heavy Shootout was a GREAT day for racing in North Carolina. A boat load of land yachts and sleepers showed up and put on one hell of a show. As the shootout went further and further the competition got serious. Rick Crawford and his world record holding LSA CTS-V and Boostdoctor with his twin turbo LSX box chevy Caprice were guaranteed to pull into the beams against each other. THIS IS WHAT GRUDGE RACING IS ALL ABOUT!! In the end, BoostDoctor pulled it off and took home the gold. Salute to Carolina's own Mayhem Motorsports & Ray Crawford Racing as well for all the hard work they put into these builds.
