Titled "Chathiyude Chakravyuhem" (Padmavyuha of betrayal) in Malayalam, the book published by Thrissur headquartered Current Books hit the stands the other day with 5000 copies being sold and on the first day itself. Even though the allegations against Vijayan's daughter Veena Vijayan on how she made a fortune by selling Covid data was revealed in the past by Swapna, this is the first time when the allegations are made in black and white.
The new revelations in Swapna Suresh's book 'Chathiite Padmavyuham' have ignited several controversies. Sapna has made many revelations in her book, including that her relationship with Shiva Shankar was emotional. Apart from that, it has been stated in the book that he had sexual relations with a former minister. The book has been published with pictures indicating the closeness of her with CM’s former Principal Secretary Sivasankar. In her book, Swapna alleges that Sivashankar was using her to get demands through the consulate. These things are explained in the ninth chapter named ‘Chilanthivala’-cobweb. "There is a cobweb that has formed in connection with the consulate along with the emotional attachment between Shiv Shankar sir and me. I just realized too late that it was a trap. I said that Shiv Shankar and I became friends because of the Chief Minister's foreign trip in 2016. In those early days, the consulate was asked for favors from the CM's office.
