Take a glimpse of our Prestigious Architectural project, SARVAM, where modernity meets sustainability. Designed for our reputed client, Mr. Ranganath Babu, from Mahalaksmhi Layout in Bengaluru, this eco-friendly residence was created without the use of wood, marble, granite, tile, or paint. Only 4 conventional windows and used different types of ventilation system for this project. Nearly 90% of the furniture is permanently fixed into the design, carefully considering each aspect of functionality. Almost two-fifths of the property features 3 water bodies in different forms and 7 water fulls, swimming pool and more. By embracing solar energy over conventional power sources, this innovative modern design sets a new standard for eco-conscious living. Among the prime amenities offered are a spa, a gym. a Massage room, a laundry room, laundry ducts, and a convenient dumb waiter.
