What’s the Law Say?
📜 If a senior citizen gifts or settles property to a child, with the expectation of being cared for,
and the child fails to provide basic amenities or support —
➡️ The parent can approach the RDO to cancel the deed.

What Did the Court Rule?
Even if the gift deed doesn't mention a maintenance condition,
💔 If the “love and affection” breaks down —
that alone is reason enough to revoke the transfer!
