The Great Resignation: The True Reason People Are Quitting

We just had another record-breaking month of resignations in America! Nearly 3% of the entire workforce in America quit their jobs in August 2021. If anyone doubted if The Great Resignation was real or a bluff, the number suggests it's real and not going to stop anytime soon. The real reason people are quitting their jobs is not about government assistance or being lazy. I call The Great Resignation The "Great Awakening". A lot of Americans are realizing they can have more fulfillment from their career than ever before.
