It's caramel week in The Great British Bake Off tent and for this weeks technical challenge, Paul Hollywood asked the bakers to make 10 chocolate caramel biscuit bars. As someone who loves making vegan caramel, I was so excited for this challenge but it didn't turn out quite as planned.
