High cholesterol is a condition caused almost entirely through our dietary pattern. And it's seriously risky - high cholesterol is a causal risk factor for developing what's known as atherosclerosis - fatty deposits building up on the inner walls of your arteries and restricting blood flow.

Eventually, when they get big enough, these fatty plaques can rupture and block blood flow entirely - this is a heart attack, or if it happens in the brain, a stroke.

And let me be clear - heart disease is the single greatest threat, the number one killer of people worldwide. It's what we're statistically MOST LIKELY to die from. So if there's one place to start when it comes to healthy habits, this would probably be it.

Now since high cholesterol has such a big dietary influence - this is actually good news! It means we have control and can reduce our risk tremendously, if we can only change what we put into our mouths for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

So in this video, I'm going to share the top 10 worst foods to eat if you have high cholesterol. These are the worst offenders that will be the biggest culprits in raising your cholesterol and increasing your risk. If you're able to eliminate, or at the very least dramatically reduce your intake of these foods, you're chances of living a long, healthy life will very likely improve dramatically.
