Ingredients
For the Bao Buns:
360 grams or 3 cups all-purpose flour
35 grams or 2-3/4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp instant yeast
20 ml warm milk
180 grams or 3/4 cup water
35 grams or 1/4 cup vegetable oil

For the Korean Fried Chicken:
300 grams boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Oil for frying

For the Sauce:
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1 tsp freshly chopped garlic
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. oil

To Serve:
Thinly sliced cucumber
Sesame seeds
