$5 Million Dollar Purchase Cancelled? 1979-80 OPC Sealed Case going back into Auction?

We have another wrinkle in the story of the Multi-Million Dollar Treasure discovered in a basement in Regina, Canada. Turns out the Winner of the auction for a sealed case of 1979-80 O-Pee-Chee hockey cards, who paid $3.7 Million USD or $5M CAD is having 2nd thoughts about owning the case. Turns out he's looking to find a better home for the OPC Case (which was authenticated by BBCE) because he doesn't want to own the case anymore. He's reached out to Wayne Gretzky, Drake and Daryl Katz, plus a few other wealthy Canadians to see if they are interested in owning this prized collectible!

What's going to happen? Did he open it? Has the case been searched?
