💘 While this class centers around a challenging peak posture, all are welcome! I provide plenty of modifications and stopping points so you can find the shapes that work well in your body today. I encourage you to approach this practice with a playful, open mind. Do what you can, have fun and listen to your body to honor what feels good, empowering and grounding! See you on the mat :)
