Sorry for the fan in the background and for all my strange noises and face ticks. I understand why no one wears glasses on youtube, the reflection was noted and I will wear contacts for videos from now on.

For the MAC issue, I was given a refund after a 5 minute phone call. The item was out of stock and limited edition. I did re-press it myself, with 90% alcohol and clean linen with some pressure. I am satisfied with the outcome and resolution, thanks MAC, I will just try to come into brick and mortar stores for future purchases.
