This class focus is on choreography and improvisation at the same time.
We will go through several combinations that you can add in your personal practice. We'll also take some movement improvisation methods.
To participate in the Challenge:
1. Learn combinations and take a video - your own version of performing these combos with any music, with any speed and directions.
2. Post this video on your Instagram page. And tag me
