In this Let's Play video, you will see me play Hollywood Animal (Steam Next Fest). This game is a Hollywood movie industry simulator with strategy and city building elements. Other game of this genre are "Blockbuster Inc." and "The Executive - A Movie Industry Tycoon". You are an owner of a movie studio and must make various decisions to stay ahead of the competition in Hollywood. It has a lot of "Tycoon" like mechanics in the game with the goal to stay profitable and build a reputation for yourself. Construct buildings on your studio lot to hire staffs (administrative), writers, create movie scripts, work through pre-production hiring producers, directors, casting actors, shoot the film, setup post production, make marketing plans, releasing film, and distributions. Upgrade your studio to keep with the times. You'll also need to make decisions whenever events arises. Similar to "Frostpunk" for example. This game is very interesting if you have ever wanted to run a movie studio and try to produce the next blockbuster hit. I recommend giving the demo a try and adding this to your Wishlist. I enjoyed it.
