Kodiak Stove Tent Day 1 with Snow

Very impressed by this tent along with the stove on day one. Snow came down and it was very cold. Lodge Tent held up great. To see a demo of the stove please click the link below. The temperature inside the tent was very pleasant. Since the tent isn't insulated you can tell when the fire is dying and time to add more wood. It heats up within minutes. You'll want to burn only clean wood to minimize any embers that may come out the top of the pipe. There is a mesh spark arrestor to help minimize that as well. Be smart. :) You don't want to through a bunch of pine needles or pine cones in for example as those create an unusual amount of embers just like it would in your outdoor fire pit.
