While walking in Waikiki on May 5th, 2024, I saw the police struggling to arrest a person on the sidewalk with tourists standing around watching the show.
Are these police officers being too aggressive? There is a knee on the neck in here, but also, the person is clearly resisting arrest and failing to cooperate with officers commands. What do you think?
