Dubai Metro, with its Red and Green lines, is one of the most advanced and modern rail systems. It offers a wide range of luxurious services. A Dubai Metro train comprises of various types of cabins, designated for different types of commuters, which include nol gold card holders cabin, designated group of cabins for women and children and general cabins.
The Dubai Metro Red Line runs between Centrepoint (Rashidiya) and EXPO 2020 Station (new route), passing Dubai International Airport, though Deira and Bur Dubai, and then following the Sheikh Zayed Road where you can enjoy views of Dubai Skylines such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Address Sky View etc.
The Red Line connects to the Green Line at Union Metro Station and BurJuman Metro Station.
The Red Line connects to Jebel Ali at Jebel Ali Metro Station.
Four stations on the Red Line are underground (Deira City Centre, Al Rigga, Union and BurJuman). UAE Exchange is at ground level. The rest are elevated.

Timings
Timings for the Red Line are Thursday 5 am to 1 am, Friday 10 am to 1 am, and Saturday to Wednesday 5 am to midnight. The start time on Fridays was changed from 1 pm to 10 am in October 2015. The start times for other days was changed in November 2017.
