In-game footage showcasing current progress on my game Noobs vs Zombies: Duality, a fanmade game of the NvZ franchise by SuperEvilAzmil sticking to the MOBA-like origins that originally influenced NvZ 2.0. Experimenting with the premise of the duality between past and future, it aims to have a merger style between old nostalgic Roblox graphics/styles and of more modern aesthetics.

Coins have officially been implemented into the game. You'll earn these upon killing enemies or assisting in killing enemies based upon how much damage you dealt compared to other allies. You are able to see your current coins via a counter at the top of the screen, along with your kills, assists, and deaths via a new counter.

The Shop has now been added to the game, where you'll be able to purchase new weapons to aid you in battle. The Healing Staff has made a return, now revamped with new animations and effects. The Katana is a new antique melee weapon with a spin attack capable of killing surrounding enemies easily.

The Tank and Ballista are now ingame with brand new looks. Capable of firing explosive missiles/arrows, these units are capable of blowing up groups of enemies. How much damage is dealt depends on your distance from the initial blast.

You'll now be able to view the health (and magic of enemy players soon) of any unit by hovering over them with your mouse crosshair.

I've received many interesting suggestions over in my discord server as to potential things to include in the game. One of them is the addition of minor base building elements, where you can help construct specific buildings that will pump out special units every wave cycle (when your creep spawn). Enemies will be capable of destroying these special buildings. As for what potentially units could appear, siege units (specific units capable of dealing more damage to statues/blastors) are likely, along with many others.

Probably the next few goals really are to add new interesting weapons to the game, finally adding mercenary units, and adding that base building suggestion from earlier. Albeit apart from that, I'm not sure what to do. New maps? I guess?

That's pretty much it for now, apologies if not much has been added since last time. Sometimes I don't feel like doing much but that's ok :P
