Soft Challah buns are best when topped with honey/jam/Nutella.
You can slice up challah just like a regular loaf of bread and toast it for breakfast or use it for a sandwich.

Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 3.5 cups
Eggs - 2
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Milk - 3/4 cup (lukewarm)
Yeast - 1.5 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1 tsp

First Rise - 2 hours or until size doubled
Second Rise - 40 mins

Preheat oven - 350F or 180C
Baking time - 16 to 17 mins
