Send your certificate for approval to TFL:
[email protected]

Put your PCO Badge Number in the subject heading.

Include your full name and address in the main body of the email. Dont forget to attach your certificate in the email.

You should obtain an email response in 5 working days

IELTS Academic and General Training tests are both accepted by TfL as evidence of meeting the new English language requirement.
