Welcome to Part #1 of our amazing journey to and ride through the Island of Lombok in Nusa Tenggara Barat (West) Indonesia. Here we will take you to The Lombok Wildlife Park, which in my opinion was a superior experience to any zoo that I've ever attended. Smaller, up close and personal with the animals. This was the first, full day of our trip, which made it challenging to deal with the motorbike rental guys early enough in the morning to head out on roads unknown to make this adventure possible. The girls loved the experience as well, and I can say with certainty that this is a wonderful place to visit either as a family, OR as a couple. Please, buy fruit baskets (the more the better,) as you will have much more fun feeding the animals their natural foods, while at the same time, help the park with money to maintain and care for these magnificent creatures. If you come here hungry, or stay longer than you intended, don't worry, you can dine on a fantastic lunch right there in the park, and again, proceeds help the care of the animals. To anyone who found this video by searching "Lombok Wildlife Park" and are considering a visit... go for it! Also, to those folks, please forgive my "extras" in the video as usually I make very detailed videos (yes, I talk too much) about life in Bali Indonesia, including 4K "scooter cam" of all the places we visit. Just a little message to subscribers: I upload these videos because I enjoy making them for the people who are interested in this particular journey through life. I don't make a cent from YouTube (and never expect to ever again,) rather for the few of you out there considering travel or considering a life in a completely different part of the world.
