1964 Plymouth Belvedere - Will It Stop?

Part 4: Getting our Plymouth Belvedere one step closer to being back on the road, we dig into the brakes on this old Mopar and see if it will stop!
Plus, the kid drives a 3 on the tree for the first time ever, and she's a natural!
We will definitely need good brakes with the Tower of Power slant six and a 3 on the tree.
This early b-body sat in a barn at a friend's place for a few decades, at the least, and is probably in the best shape of any of our beaters, although that may not be saying much.
Will it stop? Is that a thing?
