Have you ever said yes to a job you didn’t want to? Well, this story is essentially about that! Mike had a bad feeling about his new client but continued with the project because he needed the money. Eventually, he ended up in court for not listening to his guts.

The key lessons he learned were:
1) not to mistake stubbornness for experience,
2) to stick to his own processes and not try to accommodate the client's demands, and
3) to not take responsibility for the client's unhappiness or objections.

The experience ultimately led him to work with better clients and strengthen his business practices
