The Sonic Adventure 2 Real Time Skin Swapper mod by Sora brings a MIND BLOWING new versatility to Sonic Adventure 2 skin mods! From Sora (creator of the mod):
1) The Sunshine Mario that you show at the beginning of the video has his head broken because the mod originally disabled the vertex animation of Sonic's head (we call that the jiggle, it basically simulates quill physics). You can add "DisableJiggle=True" in skin.ini to fix that, it's important as some skins can crash without that feature.

2) In case you don't want to wait for the mod author to make a custom icon for a skin, the guide on Github also explains how to make one, it's simple, you can just grab the stage select icon map if the mod came with one!
