La Cocina de Doña Esthela, known as Mexico's Best Breakfast Restaurant! We realized it was just 15 minutes from our hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. So we ventured up the dirt road to this Farm-to-Table Restaurant home to Dona Esthela.

The menu is several pages. But they have a front page with specialties like the Lamb Burrito and Ricotta Pancakes are the specialties here.
This place is really busy! When we pulled in there was a staff member pushing a wheel barrow of squeezed oranges to the pigs. That's how much fresh OJ they make here. Also expect a wait. While you are waiting you can shop local gifts and food in the parking lot.
