In a major victory against illegal poaching, the forest department in Assam's Biswanath district has managed to nab a notorious poacher. The poacher identified as Jobi Gadi was nabbed from Naharlagun in a joint operation by the Assam forest department and Arunachal Pradesh police. The poacher had been involved in several cases of rhino horn poaching and smuggling.
