🔷 Buid desire with benefits. (Zimba okwagala ebintu byotunda nga onyonyola ebilunji ebiva mukyamaguzi kyo kyotunda)

* Many pple think the benefits in their products will attract the customers with out explanations wc is not true.! Depending on research,
Many times pple think that they will stop on doing products with good benefits and next will be customers No No.
Example.
Apple watch series 6
* It has many features (ekola binji) or (ebintu byebatadde mukintu) or (ebinonogo) or ( amatabi gobusobozi nga manji)

* features Build up interest.
Features like weather activity, breathing, camera, photos, music, wold clock, cadic measurement, call phone, calculator, calender, messenger etc. It charges with magnet

* Above features build up interest (obwagazi) but to make money they sell benefits. Desire come from benefits

* To make more sales on Apple watch, they have to explain each feature to the customers what they gain from it.

* Don't sell products by features coz features builds interest only (attraction) not sales!
(Features zisikiliza Benefits ze zitunda!)

* All products have features but if you want to sell that product, one have to explain the benefits to customers

Product benefit is very important.

* WII FM is the most liked to listen station on planet earth 🌎! Wc means advertise minus ➖( wii fm) nothing you will gain like sales (wii fm) the benefits

* The moment you tape in that wii fm, next will be sales /gains

Manufacturer made a phone with features below
Torch 🔦 radio 📻 camera 📸 water proof, long lasting battery 🔋 storage, ram, finger print, speakers 🔊 personal sensor, Bluetooth, GPS, large screen, face lock technology, in built battery, tamped glass, apps, screen recorder, play store, Anti virus, excel, voice recognition, fold, wifi, less weight visual unlock, finding device, tethering, wireless charger, screen guide, flash light, location, ring tone, blue light filter, QR scanner, mp4 player, back up, first charging ( lightening charging)

* one to sell the above phone must be able to explain customers the benefits of the each above features
Eg. Like torch 🔦 - incase of absence of electricity it will help you to provide light. (Wiifm) for the customer to be with device with torch.
- storage - customer will be able to save more files /documents
- find my device app - helps you to find your phone when it is stolen.
- camera - can help you to capture nice pictures to post on social media and customers admire them.
- play store - will help you to install or to un install whatever app you want. You can give examples like watsup etc
- water proof - bwegwa mumazzi esigala ekola.
- portable - it will not require the customer to carry it in the bag
- face ID - can help to build strong security from the strengers entry.
- with anti virus - in this phone, every application you install will be safer to use.
- Good Ram - makes the phone faster (no freezing)
- Good battery - benefit is no carrying power bank.
- Abig screen- helps pple especially watching movies, football watches at ago though screen splitting etc
- Hotspot - you can share your internet with your friends around you
- Back up - customers no need to worry when the phone deletes everything by mistake.
- Finger print - will give customers high security coz it may require customers finger only to open hence high privacy.
- Recycling bin - so that in case you delete something by mistake you can easily retrieve it
- Bluetooth - when you don't have data you can share music, apps photos to friends
- Google maps - you will not get lost in town you have to know point of start to were you want to go
- it has a translator - if you are conversing with a person with a different language it interprets for you
* So apply wiifm in any business you do to make more sales.
