Hi everyone! So this one was much-requested and I'm so excited to share it because I think it's a pretty good dupe for this well-missed salad! I wish Pizza Express would bring it back! For anyone new - these recipes of mine aren't perfect or polished. They are just a mum in her kitchen, but hopefully you enjoy that anyway! PIZZA EXPRESS STYLE POLLO SALAD

You’ll need:

Cooked chicken - shredded
Soft goat’s cheese - feta would be a good alternative
Mixed leaves
Tomatoes
Kalamata olives
Sweety drop peppers
Croutons
Pizza Express House Dressing - Light or Original

Dough sticks - you can follow the technique I use in the video. But the genuine dough recipe that Pizza Express use is here: https://www.pizzaexpress.com/-/media/...

As for amounts, I think salad is very much a bit of what you like. You measure with your heart and add more or less of what makes you happy! But as long as you have all the components here you are set! Enjoy!
