Recipe ingredients :

1. Soya Mince ingredients:
Dry Soya chunks - 80 grams
Water - 500 ml (to boil)

2. Gravy ingredients:
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Black pepper balls - 4 no’s
Clove - 2 no’s
Black cardamom - 1 no
Green cardamom - 2 no’s
Star anise - 1
Dry red chillies - 2 no’s
Bay leaf - 1
Tomato - 2 medium size (180 grams)
Cashews - 15 or 20 no’s (20 grams)
Water - 1/2 cup

3. Soya curry ingredients :
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Add gravy
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Homemade Maggi masala - 1 Tbsp
Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
Water - 1 cup (Adjust consistency)
Salt - 1 Tsp (As per taste)
Add soya Granules
Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
Lime juice - 1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 Tbsp
