Throughout the design process, Trevor Wallace and his team at Reflect Architecture focused on creating a building that responded both to the tree-lined residential neighbourhoods it inhabits and the bustling Yonge Street strip.

This duality was thoughtfully integrated into all facets of the design as One Roxborough West took shape, with the approach shifting as you turn the corner from the ground-floor retail along Yonge to the building entrance along Roxborough.
