After having breakfast at Sam Sand Dunes, we travelled to Jodhpur city or also known as The Blue City. We directly went to “Umaid Bhawan Palace”. The ticket to visit the palace is just 30 Rs. for adults. The best thing about this place was the Kulfi available at the gate. It was really pure and very tasty.

After spending few hours at the palace, we went to Mehrangarh fort and visiting the fort in the evening was the best decision. The ticket price per adult was 100 Rs. only. You can clearly see from the fort why Jodhpur is called The Blue city. The night views from this fort were really amazing and you could easily see the whole city from the top.

As soon as the lights went out, we headed to our stay for the night “Om Heritage Hotel” and this was probably the best stay in our trip. Rooms were so comfy and the view from the hotel was amazing. It was very near to Mehrangarh fort and we just loved the food. This costed us around 2000 per room but can be cheaper or costly depending on when you are planning to go.

In the morning, we headed to Bhatti Tea Stall as it was very famous for their Kulhad tea. If you’re ever visiting Jodhpur, do try Mirchi k Pakode and Pyaaj ki Kachori. The street food of Jodhpur is too good!
